Are your products made in the USA?
Yes! All of our products are made in Arkansas!
When do my products expire?
Because our products are 100% all-natural with no artificial or synthetic preservatives, they do expire. All lotions are good for up to 12 months.
To enjoy your products for the maximum amount of time: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration can extend shelf life. Always use clean hands or a spatula when scooping product to prevent bacteria introduction.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the Order Status page. You can also locate the order number in the order confirmation sent to you by email or phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If you need to make a return, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
